I have been absolutely loving Anushka's Lunch Crunch class! She is such a warm, empowering, and energetic instructor, and really knows how to connect with every person in the room. She always takes care to demonstrate proper form and make sure everyone is doing the exercises safely, which has helped me learn so many tips that I can take home with me. I appreciate how she changes up the exercises every week so we're always getting something new, and shows us how to modify the moves to accommodate injuries or differences in ability. You can tell how much thought and care she puts into planning her classes! Lunch Crunch has become something I look forward to every week, and Anushka really inspires me to keep working towards my fitness goals.

Anushka is an amazing person, artist and dance teacher! She has a vivacious, warm and welcoming presence. Anushka makes sure everyone in her dance classes feels comfortable and included. Her classes are incredibly informative and engaging. The music she chooses for her classes is always fun and energetic. As a Jazz Funk beginner, I appreciate the way she breaks down her creative and sometimes challenging choreography to teach her students. After just 7 classes, I have already learned so much. I love attending her dance classes! Thank you, Anushka! I can't wait to learn more!

Anushka is the only dance teacher I’ve made quick progress with because she values every student and adapts to all skill levels. Her breakdowns and relatable methods make challenging choreography easier to understand, and she never makes anyone feel excluded. Her classes are joyful, inclusive, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to start dance.

I have been taking dance classes for 10 years at tons of different studios in many different styles, from ballet to contemporary to hip hop and I can say with confidence that Anushka's classes are some of the best in the city. She really packs a lot into one class so you get amazing value and will progress faster.

Anushka was the perfect personal trainer for me. She is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. As a woman in my fifties, I wanted to get into a strength training routine, but exercising at the gym and trying new machines can feel intimidating. Anushka helped me gain confidence within that space, and I am now more informed about my body’s needs – Anushka assessed my stance, form, and habits, and we focused on areas that needed extra attention. I’ve taken group classes with Anushka as well - she has a gift of making working out fun and accessible. Her warmth, humour, and energy are extremely motivating! I highly recommend Anushka for classes or for personal training – it was such a joy working with her.

Anushka is an exceptional personal trainer who exceeded my expectations in every way her extensive knowledge and expertise on fitness helped me to set a roadmap to achieve my goals.  The Caring approach she employed made the entire experience, enjoyable and motivating. She’s incredibly resourceful. And is/was willing to adapt her approach to meet my needs and abilities. The guidance and support she brings were invaluable and I appreciated her ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Anushka to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgable personal trainer. She’s truly invested in her client success, and her passion for fitness is contagious. I have every confidence that Anushka would be an invaluable asset to any team she chooses to engage with.

I received 3 personal training sessions as a birthday gift, as I am seeking to get back into good hiking shape after an injury. Not knowing who to pick, I was randomly assigned Anushka. I wasn't sure how it would go, as I saw that she is a dancer and I am definitely not. Anushka, however, asked questions and tailored her workout to my needs, rather than her own preset ideas. She was also good at gauging when to encourage me to work harder and when to back off and she neither babied me nor harassed me - hitting the sweet spot instead. I enjoyed my workouts with her and was sad when they ended. She followed up by sending me a recap of what she had taught me, so that I am empowered to keep going. Thanks, Anushka!
