I have been absolutely loving Anushka's Lunch Crunch class! She is such a warm, empowering, and energetic instructor, and really knows how to connect with every person in the room. She always takes care to demonstrate proper form and make sure everyone is doing the exercises safely, which has helped me learn so many tips that I can take home with me. I appreciate how she changes up the exercises every week so we're always getting something new, and shows us how to modify the moves to accommodate injuries or differences in ability. You can tell how much thought and care she puts into planning her classes! Lunch Crunch has become something I look forward to every week, and Anushka really inspires me to keep working towards my fitness goals.

Anushka is an amazing person, artist and dance teacher! She has a vivacious, warm and welcoming presence. Anushka makes sure everyone in her dance classes feels comfortable and included. Her classes are incredibly informative and engaging. The music she chooses for her classes is always fun and energetic. As a Jazz Funk beginner, I appreciate the way she breaks down her creative and sometimes challenging choreography to teach her students. After just 7 classes, I have already learned so much. I received 3 personal training sessions as a birthday gift, as I am seeking to get back into good hiking shape after an injury. Not knowing who to pick, I was randomly assigned Anushka. I wasn't sure how it would go, as I saw that she is a dancer and I am definitely not. Anushka, however, asked questions and tailored her workout to my needs, rather than her own preset ideas. She was also good at gauging when to encourage me to work harder and when to back off and she neither babied me nor harassed me - hitting the sweet spot instead.
